
Sunday Luncheons
Everyone is welcome to our Church Luncheons! We have these about every week after each morning worship service (unless otherwise noted). However, from May - August, they will be held once/month. This is a great time of breaking bread & fellowship with one another. Everyone is encouraged to invite others to church & lunch! ALL ARE WELCOME!! We announce in the weekly bulletins (& online) what the weekly “theme” will be … just for fun! Feel free to bring a dish (doesn't have to go with the theme), if you want to share, but not required! What a wonderful opportunity to show the love of Jesus to others!

Youth Cafe Specials
The Youth Cafe begins each Wednesday evening from 5:30 pm - 6:20 pm before Family Night**. Every week, there are pizza, nachos, soda & candy bars available for $1.00 each. Also, on most evenings, there is a weekly "special" available for $2.00/per person (while supplies last).

- New Bible Study (Book of Mark) - (Sunday, 4:30 pm) - We will be starting a new Bible study on the book of Mark. If you are interested, please contact Jenny Williams so she knows how many books to order (there is no charge for the book). Everyone is welcome and encouraged to invite others!
- 8/20 - Youth Cafe' Begins Again - See above for "Specials!"
- 8/24 - Baptism Service - (Sunday, 10:00 am) - If you haven’t been baptized in water yet, but would like to, this is for you! During the service, there will be opportunity for those who want to be baptized. There is a sign-up sheet on the back table of the sanctuary. If interested, please see Pastor Ryan for more details.
- 8/31 - BGMC Offering - (Sunday, 10:00 am) - The kids of ALAG participate in the Boys & Girls Missionary Challenge every fifth Sunday of the year. They will be taking up an offering for this wonderful way of supporting missionaries around the world! Be sure to bring your loose change and/or dollars so you all can participate in this awesome ministry!
- 9/4-6 - 2nd Half Ministries Seniors' Retreat - Calling all seniors ... mark your calendars!! The annual 2nd Half Ministries Seniors' Retreat is coming up soon! It will be held, as always, at the Lake Geneva Christian Center in Alexandria, MN. Reservations need to be made as soon as possible. For questions and registration information, please call the church office or Pastor Loren at 507-373-2426.
- 9/13 - Men's Breakfast - (Saturday, 8:00 am) - On the second Saturday of each month the Men of ALAG gather together at the Perkins! Come and join us men for a time of food and fellowship!
- 9/15 - Food Donations for "The Rock" - (Week of 9/15) - Albert Lea Assembly of God has committed providing snacks for the youth at Youth for Christ's The Rock on the 2nd week of each month Anyone is welcome to join us in this ministry! Suggested items include cookies & bars (homemade or purchased), fruit, vegetables, chips (individual packages) or treats that kids enjoy. You may bring in your items directly at The Rock after 10:00 am, Monday – Friday of that week. If the Lord places it on your heart to donate, it will be greatly appreciated!
