If something breaks?
> Let Pastor, or one of the other leaders know about has broken and why.  These things happen. It is important to keep things moving and not allow it to bring lessons  or events to come to a halt.
> If possible, clean it up. This helps keep areas looking nice and clean. If the break is able to be fixed with tools, place the item in a safe place for the time being.
>if the break is hazardous in any form, make sure to keep children and younger kids away from it. If necessary, block it off with whatever is around.
> If you or someone you know , can fix it and is willing, let Pastor know.
When Technology doesn't work?
> Computers and other Tech devices stop working at any point of the day. This can be a big inconvenience if it occurs when you need it. If this occurs at any part of a service or an event do your best to keep things moving for your audience. If possible go ahead and try the fixes that you KNOW could work.
> Here are some quick easy fixes... -Restart the thing. close and reopen the program, log out and back in, Powercycle (turning the whole machine off and back on), Try another device (for mics and tablets.)
> These are just some of the ideas, obviously those solutions will not fix everything. If something is still not working, write it down and let Pastor or another leader know so they can work on it later.
What about abuse?
> When ministering to our community, and even to each other, we will hear about abuse occurring. How we handle it is massively important. the following are just some abuses that we need to be aware of.
> All abuses (mental, emotional, spiritual, etc.) are to be handled with the utmost care and professionalism. And should also follow the steps outlined here as closely as possible.
> when it comes to Physical and/Sexual abuse specifically... Clergy, teachers, counselors, and all who work with children, are mandatory reporters. This means that if anyone comes and reports any type of physical and/or sexual abuse, or even illegal behavior with anyone(i.e.. a 18+ having physical relations with a minor), we are to report it to the authorities. Below is a great step by step in the process.

- you hear the confession.
- IF you discern it to be legitimate (not a joke or manipulation), you immediately inform the appropriate authorities.
- you immediately let Pastor know. This allows him to inform the Board, and make any appropriate accountable steps if it involves anyone in the church. Protecting the victim is the priority.
- work with the Pastor and Board to document everything.

}} If the reported abuse involves anyone in a ministry Volunteer/Leadership position, immediately inform Pastor and the Board. And they will take appropriate steps in handling those reports legally and responsibly.

}}} If the reports involve the Pastor, immediately contact the Board members AND the Minnesota Assembly of God District Office, so that they can work together with an investigation and law enforcement if necessary.
Purpose of this/my ministry?
> Your ministry is VITAL!
> Each ministry of the local church serves numerous purposes.
- On the one hand it allows the body of believers to teach the Word of God to as many people as possible. Whether through, teaching, assisting, facilitating, helping, etc. you are making sure that there is a place for everyone, and that distractions are handled and that if another person is needed to stand in the gap for whatever reason, you can do it!
- Additionally, by ministering your time on the facilities and ground, you are taking care of the church property so that it can continue to be a blessing and used by God and for God in every way!
- Also, When we come together and work an event or outreach whether in our backyard or across the country, we are being used by God to reach others who need Him, and we may never fully grasp the magnitude of what we do for God!
- Finally, just by being present we are ministering to one another and to the leadership of the church. we encourage one another with our presence and engagement!

> We get to minister as a Family to the Families of Albert Lea and across the globe! You are vital to the mission!
