The core and bedrock of any church is the volunteers of the church.  They make the church work.  With so many ministry opportunities in the church, we have a place for everyone!  From the Nursery, all the way to Young Adults.  From the morning worship service, to Ruby's Pantry.  There are so many ways that you can be plugged in.

Gwen Plantage

Ms. Gwen has been a part of the churches DNA for years, and serves as our Women's Ministries leader.  She does a fantastic job here within the church to always make it feel like an inviting and warm place, a place for the family to gather!  As we minister to families, it's always wonderful to have a team leader who gathers people around her to accomplish this for our community within the local church!

Amanda Quigley

Our Pastor's wife, has a heart to see people connect to the many needs in the local church, she helps diligently to ensure that everyone uses their gifts and talents and is encouraging to others as they serve the Lord and the local church.

Volunteer FAQ

How do I volunteer?

if you would like to volunteer with us we have many opportunities!  Some volunteer opportunities are open to the public, while others require that you attend faithfully to ALAG.  We have many ministries in the church and would love to have you be a part of the team!  All volunteers will fill out an application with just basic information, receive training in the area they are volunteering in, and will be expected to pass a background check.

How do I volunteer with kids?

We love the children at ALAG!  As such we also want to make sure that this is a wonderful, skilled, and safe place for our kids.  You will be expected to go through safety training, and pass a background check.  Our Lead Pastors Wife, Amanda, and Children's Director, Julia, will help you through the process of working with our Kids! 

How do I volunteer with music?

We would love to have you volunteer with our music program here at the church!  we have a wonderful media and sound team  that is open to fresh ideas!  the worship team is also a great place to get plugged in.  To volunteer with this part of the church please contact the church and speak with Pastor Ryan!

How do I volunteer with students?

The internal DNA for student ministry in this church is very strong.  Pastor Ryan has nearly two decades of youth ministry experience and our people have a strong heart for youth, to know God and to love one another!  If you want to volunteer with our students, just contact the church and speak with Pastor Ryan.
